Our Policies

NOTE: Raven’s Nest Herbals personnel are not doctors! If you are seeking to self medicate with herbs we cannot prescribe them. Please read up – we’ll help with reference material. Some herbs interact with prescribed medicines! Please consult your doctor, pharmacist or doctor of naturopathy before using herbs for a medical condition or with other medications! We believe knowledge is power – read up!

  • MINIMUM ORDER – None
  • Prices and Stock availability subject to change without notice.
  • PAYMENT & CREDIT TERMS: Payment must be made in US dollars. Orders will be processed through PayPal or via credit card through Square payments. Items will not be shipped until payment clears. Custom Orders MUST be prepaid.
  • RETURNS: Most returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt, but contact us regarding the return before sending it back. All returns must be in saleable condition and any food/tea items must not have been opened. Authorized returns will receive a full refund or credit (minus shipping and handling charges). Any returns after the 10 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Custom made items are not returnable.
  • SHIPPING & HANDLING: Orders in the US will be shipped via most economical means unless otherwise requested. Shipping & handling charges will be based on weight and value (if excess valuation insurance required). Orders to Alaska & Hawaii will be sent via USPS or UPS 2nd Day Air. Express shipping and international rates available upon request. Shipping charges subject to change to reflect UPS/USPS rate hikes.
  • SHIPPING TIME: In stock orders will be shipped within 5 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please tell us that and we’ll work to find the best shipping method to ensure your shipment arrives on time. Please note that rush orders will be subject to a $5.00 rush fee. Please contact us for shipping time on Custom Orders.
